During the pandemic at Students on Ice (SOI) Foundation, we noticed our alumni engagement online was incredibly low. Our Alumni Team reached out to several alumni and heard resounding feedback of experiences of loneliness, feeling disconnected, and stress. We wanted to find a way to reconnect alumni and rebuild the community in this challenging time… so we ran a virtual Alumni Summit! The Alumni Summit was an incredibly successful and heartwarming event. The three-day-long virtual conference included 65 sessions, 90 speakers and 465 total participants.

I was tasked with designing communications materials, creating excitement and advertising registration for the conference. I wanted to use images that promoted community, nostalgia and fun. Here are some of those designs!
